ARMORI Furniture Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with ARMORI. We are committed to providing high-quality office chairs, office furniture, sofas, beds, almirahs, ottomans, bar furniture, and more. Please review our policy regarding exchanges below:

1. No Return Policy

At ARMORI, we do not accept returns for any items once they have been delivered.

2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer an exchange for the same item or a replacement part.

4. Exchange Process

  • Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at care@armori.in or call +91 9111117819 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and a description of the defect or damage.
  • Exchange Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all documentation, and clearly label the package with the EAN. Ship the item to the provided address. If the exchange is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to verify the defect or damage.
  • Processing: If the exchange is approved, we will process the replacement item or part within 7-10 business days. The replacement will be shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise specified.
